Where is my order
- 01After payment clears, packing and the hand-off to the carrier take 1 to 3 business days.
- 02Dispatch triggers an email naming the carrier and giving a tracking number, with a link that shows every scan.
- 03After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
Tracking email missing
Look in your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, write to support@tiderootprovisions.com with your order number, or send a note through the contact page. Tracking details come back to you inside one business day, and late parcels are taken up with the carrier on your behalf.
