Stop an order

1. 01Give us your order number together with the checkout email. Cancellation requests are reviewed every business day, Monday to Friday, and each one is answered inside one business day.
2. 02Still waiting to be dispatched? Then the order is called off and every cent goes back to your original payment method.
3. 03If it is already on its way, it cannot be recalled. Let it arrive, then send it back for a refund as set out in the Refund Policy.
